MEDICAL RECORDS (H.I.M.)
Obtains, retrieves, files, scans and maintains medical records by gathering appropriate folders and contents. Verifies that correct patient information is filed and/or scanned to the appropriate medical record. Complies with HIPAA rules and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bi-lingual English/Spanish required; must be able to read, write and speak English.

One year experience in a clinical setting managing protective health information.

Basic Computer Skills

Organized Individual with excellent Time Management skills

Detail Oriented.
