MAINTENANCE
Employee is responsible for to perform a variety of janitorial, handiwork (custodial and/or security tasks in order to maintain a clean and safe building and building grounds and any of its components.
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
-
Experience in maintenance and handiwork required

Excellent Customer Service Skills
-
Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools and equipment of the janitorial and handiwork service.

Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules.
-
Knowledge of the proper use of chemicals, fertilizers and cleaning solutions.
